Refund policy

Returns
All non-cash products are covered by our one year warranty policy. If your product breaks or shows signs of manufacturing defect, you can write to us at info@akuadesign.com and our team will provide you with a new product free of charge. Akua Design reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product shows normal wear and tear. The product exchanged under our cover must be against the same model as the original order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Akua Design replaces items if they are covered by the warranty policy, or if they are defective or damaged in the reception. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@akuadesign.com. Please note that products made with personalized images are not exchangeable or refundable. & Nbsp;

Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded, except where the product is defective.

To return your product, you must mail your product to: 12205 Rue Raymond Daveluy, Quebec, Quebec, Canada, G2B 0N6

You are responsible for the costs of shipping for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Custom products
By purchasing a product personalized with your own image or according to your requests, the customer agrees to own all rights to use the image (s) submitted. Akua Design is not responsible for images submitted with trademarks or intellectual property thereof. The client is solely responsible for the rights of the images submitted. & Nbsp;
