Please note that tracking numbers are only available if you have selected express delivery; This is not available for standard delivery.

Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. You can also log in to your account to view the status of your order.

If your order is late, first check whether your address in the confirmation email is correctly indicated, including your apartment number, if you have one.

Canada Post may be experiencing unusual delays or may even have lost your shipment. If this is the case, please contact us. Don't worry, we won't disappoint you!

The Shop app often marks items as "delivered" when the package leaves our office. Please refer to the table above for our actual delivery time.

We ship almost anywhere in the world.

If your order was returned to us due to an incomplete address, a member of our team will attempt to contact you for an updated address or you can contact our support team at info@akuadesign.ca

We have a maximum capacity for certain items in our packaging. We sometimes have to split your order into several shipments. Although we ship everything at the same time, sometimes your packages may be delivered on different days.

Standard items are sent via Canada Post lettermail service.

Express shipments are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or Fedex, depending on your location.

Please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we will be able to make required changes to your order before it goes into production or change your address before it ships.

If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address, the only thing you can do is wait for Canada Post to return your order to us so that we can resend it to the correct address.
