* What is the difference between the Express range and the others?

* I made a mistake in my delivery address, what should I do?

If you have not yet received the email confirming the shipment of your order, immediately contact our customer service department by emailing info@akuadesign.com so that we can change the delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, it is impossible to intercept it. When the address on an order is incomplete or incorrect, the order is usually returned to us. Please contact our customer service to provide us with your exact address. We can then return the package to you at your expense.


* Where are your products produced?
Our cases are made in Quebec. We take care to choose excellent suppliers in order to offer you products of unmatched quality.

* Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we only offer gift cards in electronic format! You will therefore receive your gift card by email immediately after purchasing it. You can then print the email containing the card code before offering it to a loved one.


* Can I use two promotional codes at the same time?
Promotions cannot be added together, so it is only possible to redeem one promo code per order. Note that Akua Design points count as a promotional code, so you cannot use them with another promotion.
